Scalea is a resort on the west coast of southern Italy. Home to just under 11,000, the towns swells during the summer months with tourists from all over the world. With plenty of local restaurants, bars and shops, Scalea offers a great escape from the normal tourist traps. Built around a beautiful old town, the history dates back to the 11th century with a Norman castle ruin overlooking the town. The resort boasts over 6km of beach to enjoy the long hot summers. 

Close to the beach in one of Calabria’s best resorts, Scalea offers investment opportunities to fit most budgets. On the hillside of Monticello walking distance to the main town, we have a large one bed apartment for sale. The apartment is on the first floor of a small palazzo.

Entry to the block is to the rear of the building and once through the main entrace a short flight of stairs takes you to the first floor landing. The apartment is on the right of the landing.

The apartment has a large living area which has a dining area with double doors to a large terrace with mountain views. To the left is a fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. The living area continues to the sitting room with sofa bed TV and double to to enter the terrace. There is also an A/C unit.

Central to the kitchen and sitting room there is a small lobby which leads to the large bedroom and bathroom, which is on the right. 

The bathroom has a shower at the far end with toilet and bidet opposite. There is a sink unit  with storage space and a wall cabinet.

The bedroom has a king sized bed and closet. There is a double door to enter the balcony. On the spacious balcony there is a storage unit and sink unit.

Parking is on Via Dr A Ordine just below the apartment block. 

The train station at Scalea is a 5 minute walk.
