The company's English owner, Yvonne whose knowledge of the local area and experience within the property market can help you find the perfect real estate property to suit your needs. Having relocated to Calabria herself, Yvonne understands the complexities of working around Italy's purchasing protocol and the language barrier, and so guides each client carefully through the entire process.
Over the years our services have developed from initially just purchase assistance to a full range of management services, including property checks, bill payment, organising repairs/maintenance and renovations. Our team has also grown and we now have experts whose aim it is to provide professional and reliable assistance to all of our clients.
Yvonne started the business in 2007 after moving to Calabria with her husband and daughter.

Giuseppe, our regular Geometra, assists with all things relating to land registry issues, planning permissions for renovations and inheritance transfer of ownership.
A font of knowledge and experience and President of the Association of Geometra for the area, I have also been teaching him some English expressions with “if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys” being his favourite!!
Alessandro heads our resident team of builders and tradespeople and covers everything from a dripping tap to renovations and new build.
Brought up with a family of builders he can turn his hand to anything – and it’s a good job he can as not too many weeks go by where his extensive skills are not required.
We collaborate closely with Tony as part of the Calabria Realty Group working together to promote this spectacular region of Italy to a wider audience. We have combined our skills and services to offer a great selection of real estate covering all tastes and budgets. Our aim is to make the buying process smooth and trouble free.
