Scalea is home to just under 11,000 people and can boast some of the best weather in southern europe. A thriving town year round with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and over 6km of beach. An ideal location for retirement or holiday home.
Poggio Fiorito is located on the south side of Scalea and around 1km from the beach. A complex of ground floor or first floor apartments mainly used as vacation homes.
