This room benefits from air conditioning There is a balcony and great views of the island. A second bedroom which currently is furnished with bunk beds but large enough to have two single beds. This bedroom is positioned at the rear of the property and the balcony has mountain views. There is a bathroom with toilet, bidet and sink. 
Attic: The attic has been converted into a bedroom with sleeping for three people. Built-in closet have utilized the space to give plenty of storage. Also to the front of the property there is a small balcony which again gives sea views.
San Nicola is sandwiched between Praia a Mare to the north and Scalea to the south. Both holiday resorts on a bigger scale.
