Scalea is a resort on the west coast of southern Italy. Home to just under 11,000, the towns swells during the summer months with tourists from all over the world. With plenty of local restaurants, bars and shops, Scalea offers a great escape from the normal tourist traps. Built around a beautiful old town, the history dates back to the 11th century with a Norman castle ruin overlooking the town. The resort boasts over 6km of beach to enjoy the long hot summers. 

Close to the beach in one of Calabria’s best resorts, Scalea offers investment opportunities to fit most budgets. On the hillside of Monticello walking distance to the main town, we have a large two bed apartment for sale. The apartment is part of a small residential palazzo and being sold furnished.

Located on the thrid floor of the building a long corridor on entry leads to on the left a large bedroom with access onto the balcony. 

Opposite there is a separate kitchen which is fully fitted with all the main appliancies. There is also a dining table. 

The corridor then opens up on both sides. To the right a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom is also located here.

On the left a large family sized bathroom with bath tub/shower, bidet, toilet and sink and washing machine.

Central and at the end of the corridor is a large living room with two access points to the balconies. This room is also fitted with air conditioning.

Parking is in the street close to the palazzo. 

The apartment is within a 10 minute walk into the main town centre and beach areas. It’s also pretty close to the train station in Scalea.
