Phase 2
The work has now been done to close the basement level with the ceiling and provide the floor for the upper level.
Cement joists have been fitted in between the steel framework and then the bricks that form the main part of the floor.
Concrete is then poured in and levelled to complete the process.
Work has continued on phase 2 of our new build progressing with the addition of the first floor. This floor will be the main living space. Our build team prepared and constructed the steel reinforced concrete pillars followed by the ceiling of that level - which also forms the floor of the level above.
As you can see from the photos, despite some mixed weather for this level our team battled on!!
