Longobardi Renovation - Phase 2

A first floor terrace which had bad lesions where the grouting had cracked due to extreme weather conditions over the years. It had water ingress into the bedrooms and humidity on the outer walls. The steel reinforced pillars were cracked due to the steel rusting inside - so a major task to renovate it all and add an impermeable membrane. The finished result was an amazing transformation!!!
